Throughout 2024 the New Vision Team of FPCPT met to navigate the transformational path of obtaining additional partnerships for our congregation.
The PC(USA) is assisting many congregations on a similar journey of discovery and new purpose. They have partnered to give congregations discounted access to the “Good Futures Accelerator” curriculum.
During 2024 we enjoyed periodic communications with the FPCPT congregation and Session to kept everyone apprised of our progress and obtain feedback. Our initial efforts will be rooted in our demonstrated gifts of hospitality.
We propose to actively welcome guest groups seeking to use our historic space for meetings, events, classes and banquets, large or small.
We will also invite organizations to consider partnering with us as they seek to expand their operations in a collaborative community featuring dedicated office and production space.
This initial phase of expanded rental guest spaces, and leasable partner office space, will operate in parallel to continued exploration of expanding vocational accommodations in the existing church manse as well as feasibility for developing additional homes on the eastern edge of our campus in partnership with community service suppliers, i.e. health, education, government and emergency services.
The New Vision for FPCPT is exciting and will continue to develop into the future. We invite you to join us on the journey!
